Why Sequim driveways still need this
Sequim sits in the well-known rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains, so it gets noticeably less rain than Port Angeles and much of the peninsula. That doesn't mean driveways stay clean on their own — mature tree cover, sprinkler overspray, and shaded curves like this one still collect algae, needles, and staining over time. It just tends to build up more slowly than it would closer to the coast.
